Our policy offers a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange unless the product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, then we can instruct you on how to proceed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if possible. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request when requesting a refund.
Requesting a Refund
Once we’ve had a chance to review the request, we will be in touch about the refund process and give you a return authorization number and a return address to ship the product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with the return authorization number written on it to be included with the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. Late or Missing Refunds
